Ordering

Where is My Order?
When we ship out your order, we email you with USPS tracking number. If you did not receive any email within 2 business days, you will need to contact us.

Order Processing
We make every attempt to ship your orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on following Monday. Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. All shipments are signature required, so there must be someone to sign to receive the package.

Order Cancellations
Orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for only following reasons.
- Item(s) not available
- Difficult to process with information your provided like incorrect payment information
or shipping address
- Duplicated orders are placed
- Please contact us before 12pm PST to cancel your order on the day you placed the order. If you placed an order after 3pm PST, you would contact us by 2pm following business day.

Re-order from Previous Purchases
If you have registered as a member and placed order(s) previously, you will find your previous purchases at 'order history.' Login required.

Item Availability
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via e-mail that your orders or part of an order are cancelled. However we maintain our site regularly and try to avoid the shortage of stocks.

Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code, enter it when you process checkout then the discount will be applied. Coupon code is not applied to the purchase of Gift Certificates.

Selecting Color Online
While EuropeanJewelryStore.com has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you have questions about specific colors, please contact us at info@EuropeanJewelryStore.com and we will get back to you right away with information to help you select the colors that are right for you.

About Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are delivered via email and reach their sender within a few hours if there are no issues with the order. The sender's name and email address are included for the recipient. You may purchase a Gift Certificate at any amount between minimum $30 to maximum $200. Gift Certificate is not taxable, but tax will be applied to any purchase with Gift Certificates. There is no expiration date on Gift Certificates.

Minimum & Maximum Purchase
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than ten (10) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. However minimum to process your order must be over $10.

When purchasing products on European Jewelry Store, we ship out your purchase through USPS Priority Signature Requirment. Every order is insured until someone signs for delivery. These policies have made our online shopping experience safe, reliable and worry-free. Also we make every effort to ensure that products are delivered within the specified time frame.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12:00 PM in PST.

Returns and Exchanges
All goods must be received in their original package. For Hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns on products that are used or tampered with.

Contact us to return your order. When you contact us, please provide the reason, invoice number, product name and your contact information for returns or exchanges.

When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes. BB Cream Store.com does not credit back on shipping. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. Service parts are not returnable. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable. If you get your product shipped free, the shipping cost will be excluded from the reimbursement.
